The Pokemon Company introduced its new pokemon, Rolycoly, earlier this year. Rolycoly is a rock type pokemon, and it evolves into Carol, a Rock/Fire pokemon that is a coal cart with wheels and ahead. Carol is the main plot for Pokemon: Sword and shield’s main storyline, which involves energy consumption.
Its red eye can illuminate darker areas, while it uses the lump of coal connected to its body like a wheel to move within coal mines and caves. It seems to be able to move smoothly even over rough terrain.
Until about one century ago, every household in the Galar region had a Rolycoly. The families would use the coal that dropped off its body for cooking and heating their homes. Even in the modern-day, Rolycoly is a very popular Pokémon to take for outdoor activities.
Pokemon: Sword and Sheild.
Sword and Shield is the first core Pokémon game that doesn’t have you battling the Elite Four after beating all of the gym leaders in the region. Instead, players enter the Champion Cup, where they’ll have the chance to fight the current Champion, Leon, and his Charizard.
The Elite Four are four Pokemon trainers who are regarded as the toughest in their regional Pokemon League, just short of the Pokemon League Champion.
- Fantastic Pokémon designs
- Immersive new region
- Considered and effective gameplay improvements
- Dynamax mechanic doesn’t quite hit the mark
- Not as graphically accomplished as other Switch titles.
