The Rock is keeping Fast & Furious Feud Lit on his Instagram post. Dwayne Johnson, aka The Rock, celebrates the success of his movie Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw. The Fast & Furious spin-off has become a blockbuster hit all over the world. It reached over $716 million worldwide. However, when the early box office predictions came about, it assumed to be a slow burn. Dwyane’s former co-stars including Tyrese Gibson took great delight in learning that Hobbs & Shaw was the lowest debut since 2006’s Tokyo Drift. Johnson is now reacting to those comments and assumptions by firing back at those ‘clowns’ and ‘candy asses,’ through his Instagram post.
What was Dwyane Johnson’s post about?
Dwyane Johnson did not mention any of the formers in his post, but it can be figured out who he is referring to. Just give the hashtags a glance one can tell that he is about to blow-off a few people. The hashtags include: “hardest workers in the room,” “hungry humble,” and most importantly, “no candy asses.”
Johnson wrote in the captions, “Assassins quietly play chess♟loud clowns play checkers. Thank you audiences worldwide for this incredible support and a massive win. Very cool and we’re grateful for the love.”
Anyone crazy about Fast & Furious can quickly tell what is going on under Hobbs & Shaw. Tyrese Gibson took glee in pointing out that Hobbs & Shaw was off to a slow start and that Dwayne Johnson was selfish. The actor even highlighted if this movie is going to be another Baywatch for Johnson.
As of now, the movie is doing fantastic at the box office. At least now Gibson could be more humble as the cinema is surpassing ‘Avengers: Endgame’ with four consecutive weeks at the number one spot globally.
Dwyane was the first to reply at Tyrese ‘s comment section, back when this started. He stated: “The best way to shut the mouth of a (clown emoji) is to flex with success and a smile,.” Whatever the case may be, the feud is still going strong amongst the former co-stars.
