About four years after the demise of Bobbi Kristina Brown, her ex, Nick Gordon, has died in Florida of a revealed drug overdose. He was 30 of age.
Gordon’s lawyer, Joe S. Habachy, tells ET in an announcement, ” My heart is heavy today after learning that my long-time Nick died at the young age of 30. While I cannot speak to the specific conditions of his death, I can say that it’s been truly heartbreaking to have testified the total devastation that drug addiction has wreaked upon a group of young friends, all of whom were loved and had immense potential. Despite all of the incredible challenges Nick Gordan faced over the last few years, I can honestly say that he worked hard to hold his head up and stay sober and that he genuinely wanted a happy, healthy life with his family more than anything else. My heart goes out to the family and friends Nick leaves behind and to any other families dealing with the losses and heartache caused by drugs.”
Gordon’s sibling, Jack Walker Jr., discharged an announcement about his kin’s passing.
“The loss of my excellent sibling crushes us,” Walker Jr. told PEOPLE. “He transmits a void in the hearts of my family and his companions. Scratch’s fight in life was not a simple one. I will be everlastingly thankful that my God managed a little minute at a mind-blowing finish, and I had the option to hold his hand as he traveled on.”
Gordon’s demise comes four years after Brown died in the Georgia townhouse that they shared. It likewise comes three years after he was discovered at risk for his better half’s demise. Following the decision, Gordon was requested to pay Brown’s endowment $36 million.
